Rub a small amount on wrists, temples or feet to experience the calming affects of lavender.
Lavender is known to help the anxious mind and can help induce sleep. Use this balm if you're feeling anxious or nervous. It works nicely for children giving them something to help if they are unable to sleep or are a bit nervous. It is safe to use for wee ones too. If you experience insomnia it is helpful for sleep. Apply as required. It can be applied just below the nose if you like. Should you wake in the night apply a small amount to help you relax and get back to sleep.
