Liver Cleanse Tea, Organic
It’s bitter, but that’s part of its charm. Bitters help the liver, so do your best to avoid sweetening this tea. The herbs in this tea help the liver do its thing. Dandelion root, Milk Thistle seeds, Globe Artichoke leaf, and Yellow Dock root are combined to provide you with a beautiful liver tonic.
Sample size is enough for four cups of tea. If you re-use the herbs three times, this gives you twelve cups! Please note, sample size is not sold by weight, but by volume.
Caution please if you are on warfarin, tricyclic antidepressants, or epileptic medication. This tea can cause these medications to clear too quickly. Other medications are okay.
Directions: Add 1-2 teaspoons in 200 mls of boiling water.Cover. Infuse for 10 minutes.Strain. Drink at least 100 mls two times per day.

Remember, Herb Nerd NZ teas can be used up to three times and still retain their therapeutic value. So yes, after making your cup of tea, save the herbs and re-use two more times. A little goes a long way.
