A gentle tea to help calm frazzled nerves. 

Mānuka and Rose are soothing, relaxing, and help support your tired nerves. Kawakawa and Cinnamon are included for digestive relief from all that nerves can do to the gut. Yes, it can help with IBS symptoms exacerbated by stress. And who isn't aware of the continual stress around us at the moment? 

Directions for Infusion:
Infuse 1 teaspoon in one cup of boiling water.
Cover. Steep for 3-5 minutes depending on taste.
Strain. Enjoy.
Use up to four cups per day if stress induced digestive issues are present.

Remember to re-use the tea up to three times as they retain their therapeutic value.

Spray-free, wildcrafted Leptospermum scoparium herb (Mānuka)
Certified organic Rosa damascena corolla (Rose petals)
Spray-free, wildcrafted Macropiper excelsum leaf (Kawakawa)
Certified organic, fair trade Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark (Cinnamon.)

Mānuka is used for indigestion, colic, dyspepsia & nervous diarrhoea.
It also helps with anxiety disorders and insomnia.

Rose helps with low mood, insomnia, nervous tension, digestive upsets, and it smells pretty.

Kawakawa helps with circulation, general fatigue, and is soothing for the gut.

Cinnamon is a lovely digestive aid, antiseptic, and is warming. There is very little cinnamon in the mix so it will not overwhelm.
