Nettle Herb Tea, Organic
A nutritional bullet in a teacup. Everyone should have nettle tea. It's packed full of nutrition and is brilliant for skin, hair, and nails. Yes, it tastes a bit like a weed mixed with spinach. But honestly, it's a weed! Nettle combines well with lemon or ginger and you can always add a touch of honey, if you like.

Directions for use:
Infuse 1 teaspoon in 200 mls of boiling water for ten minutes.
Add lemon or ginger or honey according to your tastes.
Drink 1-2 cups per day.
It can be made in advanced and kept in the fridge if you so desire.
Nettle can be added to soup.
Add 1 teaspoon to a medium pot of soup.
For a single serving add 1/4 of a teaspoon.
Certified organic Urtica dioica herb (leaf & stem.)

Remember, Herb Nerd NZ teas can be used up to three times and still retain their therapeutic value. So yes, after making your cup of tea, save the herbs and re-use two more times. A little goes a long way.
