SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping in New Zealand

  • A standard shipping fee of $8.00 will apply to all orders below $95.00.

  • Free shipping on orders $95.00 or over.

  • Rural shipping charges apply. An extra $3.50 is charged for a total of $11.50.    
     

Our products are carefully packaged and shipped via

NZ Post bags with a Courier ticket (please recycle.)

You will be notified by e-mail when it is shipped.


Shipping times are usually between 1 - 3 days.


Please allow an extra day or two for rural delivery.

Shipping to Australia

We ship to Australia, however we are not responsible for custom fees or additional taxes imposed by Australia.

​

Shipping to Australia costs $25.00 NZD. Allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Shipping to Other Countries

our items are shipped economy with tracking.
The times vary according to country, but allow up to three weeks for delivery.

For courier, the price would double or triple.

UK:   $60 NZD

There will be shipping costs, custom fees, and your local taxes if they apply.

PLEASE NOTE:
We are not responsible for missing, stolen or lost parcels. If it has been marked as delivered by the courier we are happy to send an inquiry to NZ Post to locate your order. We take photos of your parcel before shipping.
Please ask your neighbours if was delivered there by mistake or if they have had similar problems.
We can refund your shipping costs or replace your order for a nominal fee.

If you are not satisfied with your product or it is damaged
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
We want to help!

Each batch is handcrafted by The Nerd so minor differences can occur.

However, we will do our best to rectify the situation.
