Pai Mu Tan.
 
Simply one of the finest teas and one of the more notable white tea from China. 
 
It is difficult to grow as each bud is collected from the Da Bai or Narcissus tea bush. Once the bud opens it must be harvested within forty eight hours. 
 
It has a fruity taste with floral undercurrents.
 
Because of its antioxidants and polyphenols, it makes a nice immune enhancer.
