Sleep. Precious sleep. Sometimes it can be quite elusive. We have a herbal combination to help you get to sleep and stay asleep. It's a beautiful tea which includes Chamomile, Passionflower, Liquorice and Skullcap.

Sleep Tea, Organic

  • Infuse 1-2 teaspoons in one cup of boiled water.
    Cover. Infuse for 5 minutes. Drink one hour before bed.
    If using for anxiety or before stressful events infuse only 1 teaspoon.
    We don't want you falling asleep in the meeting or during the presentation!

    Due to the presence of Liquorice do not use if you have high blood pressure or on high blood pressure medication.
