Ugh. Heartburn. It's a pain. Literally.
Especially when pregnant.
And what can you do with the little sweetheart wreaking havoc?

Herbs coming to the rescue here are
MeadowsweetMarshmallow root, Rose, & Calendula.

All help with excess stomach acid, digestion and soothe the gut. 

With any heartburn, consider a possible food intolerance.
It's usually the source.
Try removing foods one at a time to try it out.
Some suggestions: gluten, dairy, eggs, beer, or nightshade veggies (potatoes, tomatoes.)

Heartburn Tea, Organic

  • Certified organic Althea officinalis root (Marshmallow)
    Certified organic Filipendula ulmaria herb (Meadowsweet)
    Certified organic Rosa damascena corolla (Rose petals)
    Certified organic Calendula officinalis flos (Calendula flowers)

  • Infuse 1 teaspoon in one cup of boiled water for 2-5 minutes.
    Sip as required. Drink up to three cups per day.

    Some precautions come with this tea:
    Do not drink it if you've taken ibuprofen or aspirin.
    Caution with asthma.
    If you are on warfarin, please avoid this tea.
    If you are allergic to aspirin, do not drink this tea.
