It is okay to use when breastfeeding.
Please use it if you are bottle feeding.

Post-Partum Tea, Organic

  • Infuse 1 teaspoons in one cup of boiling water.
    Cover. Infuse up to 5 minutes. Drink four cups per day.

    Alternatively, add 1 tablespoon in three cups of boiling water.
    Cover. Infuse for up to 10 minutes. Strain.
    Drink throughout the day.
    Put into a drinking bottle or leave in fridge to grab some when you get a moment. Or get your partner to do it for you because you need rest, rest, and more rest. If you can!
