With all that happens with the new babe, it can be overwhelming and just when will the milk come in? When?
Drinking this tea can help with milk production and reduce stress.

Just make it when the baby naps. Yeah right.
Some people get those kinds of beauties.
Others, like The Nerd, get the ones that nap for 20 minutes if they're held.

Make a big batch of this to have on hand to sip through the day when you get the chance or if you're on the go!

What is Lactation Tea?

Or try our Breastfeeding Powder.
Sprinkle on porridge or salad, pop it into a smoothie, add it to salad dressing, or add it to soup. Too easy!

  • Infuse 1-2 teaspoons of tea in one cup of boiling water for 3-7 minutes.
    Strain. Enjoy.

For a larger batch to sip through the day infuse 3-5 teaspoons of tea in three cups of boiling water.
Let it infuse for 3-7 minutes. Strain.
    Pour into suitable container.
Fill water bottle to sip during the day.

Put remaining liquid in the fridge for later in the day if you need.
This works really well if you are exhausted, have other children to tend, or if you are back to work and need to pump during the day.
