Oooo, very nice.
Chunky and chock full of sweet flavour.
Anise-like taste, this root tea takes a bit longer to infuse but is well worth the wait.
Remember to re-use the herb up to three times and still get all the therapeutic goodness.
What does it help with?
- Adrenal health and stress. It's very supportive. Like a good friend.
- Gut health. Helps with digestion, soothes ulcers. Mild laxative.
- Respiratory issues such as coughs, irritations, runny nose, catarrh, or bronchitis.
- It's anti-inflammatory. Knows to keep its opinions to itself.
- Immune health. Sword fights with crown wearing viruses, Epstein-Barr, HSV, and others. Stands its ground with bacteria such as H. pylori and takes on various fungi such as Candida.
Pretty darn cool.
But--high blood pressure, immune suppressants, kidney problems or pregnancy best give it a miss.
